REFUND POLICY Effective Date: August 2, 2026

1. Standard "No Refund" Policy

As a general baseline, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products or services purchased, regardless of the circumstances, unless explicitly approved under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Case-by-Case Exceptions

We understand that extraordinary circumstances may occasionally arise. Therefore, while our standard policy is strictly "no refunds," we may, at our sole discretion, review requests for refunds on a strict case-by-case basis. To be considered for an exception, a customer must submit a formal request detailing the issue. The case presented must be highly convincing and accompanied by valid justification and concrete evidence (such as proof of a severe defect or major service failure that could not be rectified through our standard support channels).

3. Request and Review Process Submission:

Refund exception requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support department within 14 days of the original transaction or incident. Evaluation: Our management team will conduct a thorough review of the request. We reserve the right to request additional information, documents, or evidence to verify the legitimacy of the claim. Decision: The decision to grant an exception is entirely at the sole discretion of the management team. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

4. Refund Issuance and Timeline Important Notice Regarding Processing Times:

If a refund request is exceptionally approved, the funds will not be released immediately. All approved refunds are subject to a mandatory thirty (30) day processing and holding period. If your convincing case is approved, the refund will be formally issued exactly 30 days after the date the refund was officially approved by our team. We do not expedite this timeline under any circumstances. Once the 30-day period has elapsed, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
